Along with offering as much as possible from the local South Jersey landscape blueplate also works with Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative which is a non profit organic farmers cooperative of over 100 regional farmers headquartered in Lancaster County Pa. They focus on high quality foods from highly maintained and enriched soils on small family farms. They are Certified Organic! This is where we receive weekly deliveries of our Non GMO-Certifed Organic flours that we make our pizzas, flat breads, homemade pastas and cakes from. Along with offering Wagonhouse Winery local wines from right around the corner in Swedesboro NJ we also offer Maine Root. handcrafted beverages out of Portland Maine.
